Founded by Professionals and Built for Clients.
Regional Safety Group was created by a group of experienced industry professionals who believed safety provision could, and should be delivered well. Having worked across frontline medical services, event operations, and varying security environments, we saw first-hand the gaps that can appear when services are rushed, fragmented, or treated as a cheapest option box-ticking exercise. RSG was established to provide a more considered alternative: a wholesome, integrated service built on strong professional foundations, clear governance, and genuine care for the clients and communities we support.
Since 2021, we have delivered medical and security services to cathedrals, festivals, schools, universities, licensed venues, commercial premises, and supported housing providers. But beyond qualifications and licensing, we focus on how we work: calm, proportionate, approachable, and aligned with the real-world risks our clients face.
We take pride in offering a personalised service rather than a generic package. Every event, venue, or premises has its own character, pressures, and expectations, and we believe safety provision should reflect that. We take time to understand objectives, risk profiles, and operational realities before recommending a solution. For some clients that means integrated medical and security teams under one coordinated structure; for others it may be static guarding outside business hours or regulated first aid training delivered at their own premises.
Whatever the requirement, our aim remains the same, to provide professional reassurance, practical oversight, and teams that represent our clients’ organisations as confidently as they represent our own.
