Since 2021, we’ve delivered professional medical cover across a wide range of environments — from cathedrals, festivals, schools, and universities to night-time economy venues and large public events. Our medical provision is delivered by a knowledgable team of first responders and frontline clinicians with backgrounds spanning emergency ambulance services, mental health care, event medicine, and safeguarding, bringing calm, confidence, and sound clinical judgement to every environment we operate in.

What do we provide?

We provide complete, self-contained medical provision built around the people, equipment, and infrastructure needed to operate safely on site. Our services combine qualified clinicians, appropriate resources, and deployable facilities to ensure a visible, capable, and responsive medical presence that adapts to the demands of each location and level of risk.

Qualified Medics
Our medical teams are made up of fully qualified, clinically experienced professionals, many of whom work on the frontline of emergency and pre-hospital care. Their real-world experience means they’re calm under pressure, decisive when it matters, and fully aligned with current clinical standards, safeguarding expectations, and best practice.
Modern Equipment
We deploy modern, well-maintained medical equipment appropriate to the level of risk and environment. From advanced first aid and trauma supplies and emergency medications to monitoring and resuscitation equipment, our kits are selected to support effective assessment, early intervention, and safe escalation when required.
Portable Facilities
Our medical provision is fully mobile and adaptable. We can operate discreet first aid points or deploy larger portable treatment facilities, including welfare and safe spaces, depending on event size and complexity. This flexibility allows us to integrate seamlessly into venues, outdoor sites, and temporary locations.
Capable Fleet
Our fleet of capable vehicles, ATVs and cycles support rapid access, patient care, and effective movement across sites. Whether operating on hardstanding, grass, or restricted-access areas, our vehicles are equipped to support timely response, treatment, and onward care where required.

We Plan

Every environment is different. We take the time to understand how your venue or organisation operates, the people it supports, and the risks that may reasonably be expected. This includes reviewing layouts, activity profiles, operating hours, audience or user demographics, and any existing safety arrangements. From this, we determine the most appropriate level of medical provision, ensuring it is proportionate, compliant, and aligned with your operational and regulatory requirements.
