What did we provide?
The Waverley is a well known seafront pub with separate function room and front of house sheltered seating. A busy venue with a lot of regular customers, who for this event have returned to raise money for charity.
Specific licensing requirements pertaining to age meant that a presence was required on the front door for age verification and support the venue in dealing with anti-social behaviour should it arise. An entry/exit system was required to manage he increased footfall for the event. RSG provided a small door team to manage 3 entry/exit points and ensure that the age related licensing conditions were met.
The evening went very well with a good amount of money raised for a charity focused on supporting people suffering with anxiety related ailments.
