What did we provide?
As a small, low-risk, well run event, we were able to provide a responder lead service with a first aid post. Humble events like these are a pleasure to provide cover for and in this instance it was run by a fantastic organiser, who’d covered all bases.
Our first aid post provided an easy-to-find sheltered area where privacy could be managed and the festival goers could receive treatment if required. Our responders are qualified to national standards in first aid and basic life support, equipped with lifesaving equipment such as medical oxygen, defibrillators and basic emergency airways.
Even the smallest of events deserve good medical provision!
